I am passionate about photographing the real connections of people who are madly in love. There is magic in surrounding yourself with that love, and I'm fortunate that I'm able to do just that so often!
Capturing the raw emotions and intimate moments of a wedding day is a privilege i hope to keep. I always tell my couples that I might not be the guy who will take the most important photograph of the 21st century, but I can take the photographs that will be just as important to your family. The ones that will be cherished and held for generations.

How do you describe your style?
I shoot in a photojournalistic style and prefer candid photos to posed any day. I aim to capture emotion as it unfolds throughout the day, and will work with you to capture your natural interactions.
We’re not particularly Photogenic and are pretty Camera-shy ! are we doomed for Photo failure ?
Its certainly not unusual for you both to have never had professionally pictures taken together up until now. As most of my work is candid in nature, i get the best images when you are both relaxed and being yourselves. The Portrait part of the day is guided just enough to ensure you will look Amazeballs in your images.
Do you work outside Portugal?
Of course! I also work outside of Portugal, I love to travel!
Do you edit all the photos?
Yes, every image is fully edited in color or black and white by me.
Do you work with shot lists?
No! I have a pretty good mix between two kinds of approach in wedding photography: Couple portraits and a more candid/moment approach.

At every wedding I try to create beautiful portraits of the couple and everyone else in various moments, memorable images of all the important steps in the day but I also try to catch candid moments as creatively as I can. Every image I deliver has to be, somehow, meaningful to me and specially to my clients.
There is just no way I could look at a paper all day to checklist. Im there to capture the story of your day!
